Job Description
Insight Global is seeking two (2) experienced Business
Systems Analysts to support the Downtime Operational Program. These roles will focus on improving downtime readiness, operational continuity, and revenue recovery during planned and unplanned system outages. A major focus of this engagement is the creation of process playbooks, governance frameworks, prioritization models, and revenue recovery documentation to ensure our client can maintain essential clinical and revenue operations during extended downtime events.

Skills and Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Senior-level experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Business Analyst supporting complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• 3 years’ experience documenting and improving operational workflows, preferably in healthcare or academic medical center environments.
• Strong experience conducting stakeholder interviews, workshops, and working sessions.
• Proven ability to develop clear, structured process documentation and playbooks.
• Experience designing governance models, prioritization frameworks, and backlog management approaches.
• Experience with supporting downtime operations, business continuity, disaster recovery, or revenue cycle processes in healthcare.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex processes for diverse audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Experience working collaboratively with IT application teams and operational stakeholders. • Experience supporting Epic or Epic-integrated environments.
• Familiarity with healthcare IT governance, compliance, and data integrity standards.
• Experience supporting revenue cycle or billing continuity initiatives.
• Prior experience supporting downtime planning, preparedness, or recovery efforts.
