Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Network Technician to join their Network Services team. This technician will be showing up on-site to the Baldwin location, getting their tickets from ServiceNow (5+ per day depending on complexity), and performing hands-on operational tasks to maintain and improve network reliability (fixing phones, looking at network connections, etc.)

Skills and Requirements

• 2+ year experience in Networking or Telephony system and user support

• Specifically handing network switches, network patching, and cross connects

• 1+ year experience configuring, implementing, and supporting network and telephony systems (routers, switches, command lines)

No REMOTE technicians, background physically touching hardware Military background

CCNA or COMPTIA Certification
