Work 50 hours per week Monday - Saturday: Monday - Friday 8:00A.M - 5:30P.M and Saturday 8:00A.M - 1:00P.M

Job Duties: We will start with field preparation in the spring for planting, then taking care of crops throughout the growing season and taking them to harvest. We also focus on machinery maintenance. Job duties may include and are not limited to tasks such as: apply products such as fertilizers, pesticides, growth inhibitors, etc; attach/detach implements; be able to handle working in high humidity; clean work areas; load and unload materials and commodities; operate self propelled machinery; repair and maintain
farm vehicles, implements, and mechanical equipment; set up repair, maintain, and operate specialized equipment; tilling soil, transplanting, weeding, thinning, pruning crops; use hand tools such as wrenches, crow bars, air tools, electric tools. Equipment such as but not limited to the following will be used/operated by the workers in conjunction with the duties being performed: air seeders, augers, bins, silos, loading and unloading facilities, combines or other harvesting equipment, dirt moving equipment, GPS guidance systems, grain carts, pickups, cars, etc, planters, self-propelled machinery, semi trucks, sprayers, spreaders, straight frame trucks, tillage equipment, tractors. The workers will be performing the duties to help produce: canola, corn, soybeans, wheat.
Once hired, worker may be required to take a random drug test at no cost to the worker. Testing positive or failure to comply may result in immediate termination from employment.
This job involves manual labor: Lifting requirement of 50lbs, Extensive pushing or pulling, extensive sitting or walking, frequent stooping or bending over and repetitive movements.
### Minimum Education Required
No High School Diploma or GED required.
### Minimum Experience Required
Two (2) months of recent and verifiable experience required for the job duties listed.
Must speak and understand English.
Be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

### Job Benefits
EMPLOYER ASSURANCES: Work guaranteed for 3/4 of contract period, starting with date of arrival at work site. Employer provides free housing for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance. Employer pays inbound transportation and subsistence to work site upon 50% completion of work contract for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of at least $16.28 per day during travel to a maximum of $68.00 per day with receipts. Required work-related tools and supplies provided free of charge by employer.
Effective Jan 1, 2024, per MN State Statute, an employee will earn one hour of paid sick and safe time for every 30 hours worked, up to at least 48 hours of accrued Earned Sick and Safe Time (ESST) per year, provided the employee works a minimum of 80 hours in a calendar year.
