Job Description

One of Insight Global's Healthcare clients is seeking a Receptionist to join its team. You are a highly organized and reliable Receptionist to join our primary care health center team at the Vanguard Campus in Malvern. This role is critical to ensuring smooth front desk operations and delivering exceptional patient service. The ideal candidate will be EMR-savvy, experienced with EPIC, and comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for patients and visitors, providing a welcoming and professional experience.

Manage patient scheduling and appointment coordination using EPIC.

Handle phone calls, inquiries, and appointment confirmations promptly and accurately.

Support clinical staff by maintaining organized workflows and assisting with administrative tasks.

Ensure compliance with privacy and confidentiality standards (HIPAA).

Collaborate with providers, medical assistants, and wellness coaches to optimize patient flow.

Skills and Requirements

Primary Care Experience: Previous experience in a primary care or clinical office setting.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team EPIC Experience
