Job Description

A lead defense contractor sitting in Petaluma, CA is looking to hire a Senior Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Planning Analyst, supporting their manufacturing site (150 people) in Oracle Fusion Supply Chain and Planning. This person will be required to be in office x3-4 days a week working a 9/80 schedule (every other Friday off). Primarily he/she will be the helping to understand the problem and being able to provide a solution to business units. He/She should be knowledgeable within applied modules and should be able to handle implementations. This includes: (Supply Chain Planning, Demand Management, Sales and Operations, Backlog Management, Sales orders, and bringing them into the oracle system, understanding demand quantities etc.) Some EBS Modules applicable here are (ASCP, MES, BOMS, Inventory, DEMANTRA etc.) This person will be asked to review the documents and will be assisting in Oracle Fusion implementation alongside an SI partner and working with the planning manager. This Analyst will develop, influence, and implement partner strategies that ensure alignment between Business Units (BU's) and the Technical team. This role is critical in advancing the company's strategic direction for both BU-specific and enterprise-wide solutions. He/She will need to understand how to meet the standards and solution on project support, enhancements, tickets and be the overall go-to person. This position will be paying between ($130,000 - $185,000) depending on years of experience and location.

Additional Job Responsibilities:

- Support Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Planning globally

- Focus on supply planning and inventory planning modules

- Handle support tickets from the business; Receive 3–4 tickets per day related to planning, inventory, or system issues

- Investigate problems, troubleshoot, and resolve them

- Work with local site teams to understand and fix issues

- Work closely with planning leadership; Partner with the Planning Manager to prioritize issues and enhancements

- Ensure the system supports real business planning needs

- Support Oracle Fusion implementations and upgrades

- Help manage system changes as part of the company’s Oracle rollout through March 2027

Skills and Requirements

- 10-12+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Planning; Actively involved in Supply Chain Project and understands Manufacturing and Procurement as well

- Experienced within Enterprise Business Applications (EBS); Familiar with following modules: (ASCP, MES, BOMS, Inventory, DEMANTRA)

- Experience with ERP implementations, building out roadmaps, providing project and planning enhancements

- Experience working in a fast-paced environment handling tickets and working with business units (3-4 tickets/per day) - Previous Manufacturing Oracle Fusion experience
