• Maintenance Supervisor

    Job Description

    The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for leading a team of skilled trades employees to ensure maximum uptime, reliability, and efficiency of production equipment and facility systems. This role plays a critical part in supporting high volume powertrain manufacturing operations by overseeing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting complex equipment issues, coordinating repairs, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

    Compensation:

    $35/hr

     

    Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

     

    Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

    Skills and Requirements

    • High School Diploma or GED

    • Experience working in maintenance leading a team

    • 3+ years of technical expertise servicing equipment: CNC machines & Assembly equipment

    • 3+ years of experience working within an automotive manufacturing environment

    • 3+ years of supervisory experience managing unionized work force or hourly employees
