Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Director of Human resources to join their clients growing team. This person will partner with business leaders to align organizational goals with Human Resources initiatives and serve as a consultant to management on HR related issues. They will lead full cycle recruitment for both hourly and salaried staff, onboarding, employee relations, workforce planning, talent development, and performance management. The right person will have 12 years of experience in HR and at least a bachelors degree from an accredited university with higher education related to Human Resources highly preferred. The duties for this role include but are not limited to:
-Partner with company leadership to analyze human capital needs and set HR department initiatives in support of those needs.
-Identify talent needs, develop and execute on talent acquisition strategies
-Manage new employee onboarding and orientation activities
-Provide guidance and input on business initiatives including workforce planning, re-organizations, and talent management efforts; partners with managers to roll out efforts to improve the business, reduce cost, and streamline functions.
-Collect, analyze and synthesize HR data to make recommendations to business unit management.
-Consult with leaders and provide HR policy guidance and interpretation.
-Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues by conducting effective, thorough and objective investigations.

Skills and Requirements
- At least 12 years in an HR role
- Experience delivering on human capital needs, full life cycle recruitment, developing TA strategies, and conducting personnel investigations.
- Demonstrated experience partnering with business units to consult on workforce planning, re-organizations, and talent management efforts
- Past experience conducting and managing employee relations investigations
- Experience working in a telecom, construction, manufacturing, or similar industry
- Comfortability and exposure to managing Field offices and Vehicle Fleets
- Must possess a clean driving record and be comfortable traveling regionally a few days per month to field offices SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certificate, or an equivalent
