    Job Description

    Our client is looking for a Business Process Analyst to join their IT organization. This team is building out a new centralized intake system/process to handle every type of request that comes through so we are looking for someone to be the main contact for this initiative. You will review forms as they come in and following Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) will determining if they are properly documented. When these don't make sense/need changes, you will return it to the business and flush out the proper business requirements. We are looking for an analyst mentality and someone that can identify areas of improvement and how to get what they need.

    5+ years of relevant experience in a Business Process Analyst type role

     

    Experience working with business stakeholders

     

    Strong documentation experience
