    Job Description

    An employer in the Dayton, Ohio area is seeking a Kubernetes Administrator for a contract to hire opportunity. This individual will be responsible but not limited to the following: will oversee the management of network and software systems across the organization, ensuring seamless connectivity and optimal performance. This role requires comprehensive oversight of all network-related components, maintaining stability and security while addressing any issues that arise. In addition, this individual will also be implementing and enhancing technologies with a primary focus on Kubernetes and DevOps practices. This includes deploying and optimizing containerized applications, automating workflows, and driving continuous improvement in infrastructure and operational processes to support scalability and efficiency. Will be required to be on site 5 days/week and obtain a TS/SCI security clearance.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    Ability to obtain a TS/SCI Security clearance

     

    Bachelor’s Degree or 6 years of related experience in lieu of

     

    4+ years of experience in an administrator role

     

    Experience with managing, implementing, and enhancing platforms (Kubernetes)

     

    IAT II Certification (CASP+ or Sec+) Active TS/SCI security clearance

     

    Cloud or Kubernetes certifications

     

    DevOps knowledge
