    Job Description

    As a Product Manager, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams across Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Technology to drive digital excellence for consumer-facing web and mobile platforms. This role will focus on supporting and evolving membership-based programs from a digital perspective, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience across web and mobile applications. In addition to shaping the roadmap, enhancing functionality, and delivering innovative solutions that maximize member value and business impact, you will also support day-to-day operational updates and ongoing maintenance to ensure optimal performance and member satisfaction. This position requires candidates to be based out of the Los Angeles, CA area and be open to working onsite as needed.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    3+ years of experience in digital product management - working with marketing, brand strategy, technology, and digital

     

    Proven experience being able to scale digital consumer products

     

    Experience with membership or loyalty programs primarily within B2C

     

    Extensive experience working with CMS tools such as Tridion, Adobe Experience Manager, or similar

     

    Experience with the iOS/Android and web software development release cycle

     

    Analytical skills; ability to use hard date to pitch ideas on how to evolve a product platform

     

    Familiarity with Agile methodologies in software development tools including Jira and Confluence Experience with Tridion CMS or Tridion Docs
