• Compliance Analyst II, Fair Lending

    Job Description

    Position Summary:

    We’re seeking a detail-oriented Compliance Analyst II to support our Fair Lending program. This role ensures adherence to federal and state regulations, analyzes mortgage lending data, and partners cross-functionally to mitigate risk and promote equitable lending practices.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Monitor and evaluate lending practices for compliance with TCPA, RESPA, UDAAP, CAN-SPAM, SAFE Act, and HMDA

     

    Conduct statistical analysis and prepare fair lending reports

     

    Support the Fair Lending Risk Control program

     

    Review marketing materials and loan applications for regulatory alignment

     

    Develop and maintain policies and procedures

     

    Deliver training and guidance to internal teams

     

    Participate in audits, examinations, and special projects

    Skills and Requirements

     

    3+ years in compliance, risk management, or fair lending (FHA, EHOA, State Level Community Reinvestment Acts)

     

    Strong knowledge of mortgage lending processes and digital platforms

     

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaborative tools

     

    Excellent communication, organization, and critical thinking skills Bachelors Degree
