• Sr. UCaas Telecom Network Engineer

    Job Description

    A client is looking for a local UCaas Telecom Network Engineer to work on a 6 month assignment with possible extension. This person will help lead to execute a project in the telecom and voice space. This person will lead meetings to meet deliverables, drive business and thought leadership, and ensure all installs are completed correctly. They will also work closely with the PMO to ensure funds and deadlines are met

    Skills and Requirements

    • 7+ years of experience delivering Telecom and Voice projects

    • Experience leading a UCaaS project (or similar)

    • Strong experience managing projects at a high level

    • Experience with telephony projects

    • SaaS project experience

    • Familiarity with unified communications platform rollouts

    • SD-WAN networking experience

    • Extensive experience deploying and troubleshooting SIP-based technologies (on-prem or cloud)

    • Experience deploying SaaS-based VoIP technologies

    • Programming knowledge in Python or Ruby and deploying via CI/CD

    • Experience writing IVR or Message Handlers

    • Strong written and verbal communication

    • Strong experience collaborating with various teams and handling difficult and high-level conversations with pose and professionalism · Retail corporate experience
