Summary
We are seeking an experienced Networking Supervisor with a strong background in Meta data center operations and OSP cabling. This role involves overseeing cable technician crews, managing schedules, and ensuring quality standards for splicing, testing, and fiber acceptance. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Meta’s internal tools and the ability to lead projects from planning through execution. This is a contract position with travel opportunities after the initial assignment.

Skills and Requirements
Must-Haves
Meta Experience: Direct experience working for Meta directly, or supporting Meta through agencies such as IES or DirectLine.
Networking Expertise: Proven background in networking within Meta environments.
OSP Cabling Knowledge: Understanding of outside plant cabling, splicing, testing, and fiber acceptance processes.
Leadership Skills: Ability to supervise cable technician teams and manage crew schedules effectively.
Hands-On Technical Skills: Familiarity with Meta’s internal tools (e.g., MyPatch) and willingness to learn complex proprietary systems.
Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in the field, with a demonstrated progression from laborer to project management responsibilities.
Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel to other sites after the initial 6–7 month contract. Plusses
Prior experience transitioning from field work to leadership roles within 3 years.
Strong organizational and resource planning skills.
Ability to adapt quickly to Meta’s internal processes and tooling.
