Job Description

The Citation Agent is responsible for managing and processing vehicle-related citations, toll violations, and parking tickets for leased vehicles. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a high-volume environment. The Citation Agent ensures accurate documentation, timely payment of citations, and proper billing to customers while maintaining compliance with municipal regulations.
