    Job Description

    Insight Global is hiring an Industrial Superintendent responsible for enforcing jobsite safety and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. This role coordinates with estimating, division management, and project management to oversee construction projects, develops and implements detailed schedules and production plans, and prepares project status reports while maintaining daily logs. The superintendent reviews plans and drawings, coordinates shop drawings, procures tools and materials to meet schedule requirements, and determines staffing levels and timing for each phase of construction. Additional duties include submitting payroll and ensuring compliance with HR and payroll processes, resolving construction issues with engineers, architects, subcontractors, and suppliers, monitoring subcontractor compliance with contract terms, and overseeing regulatory inspections.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    -5+ years of industrial construction experience

     

    -Experience as lead superintendent on at least one project

     

    -Experience on projects up to $80M preferred

     

    -Valid driver’s license -Construction in the food/beverage division
