    What You'll Do

    + **Lead & Inspire:** Manage and develop a team of 10 talented culinary professionals.

    + **Create & Innovate:** Design menus that delight and impress for our **Corporate Café** , **Micro-Market** , and **Catering Operations** .

    + **Hands-On Leadership:** Spend 70% of your time in the kitchen, crafting exceptional dishes.

    + **Drive Excellence:** Oversee food and labor costs, ordering, inventory, and catering production.

    + **Deliver Quality:** Ensure outstanding customer service and a memorable dining experience.

    Qualifications & Requirements

     

    Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience

     

    Minimum Management Experience - 2 years

     

    Minimum Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
