We are seeking a **General Manager 2-Food** to lead a premier healthcare food service account in the **Allentown, PA** region.     You will lead a dedicated team of 15 Sodexo employees in a high-touch, patient-centered environment. This role is perfect for a strong Supervisor ready to step into their first GM role, or an experienced manager who loves the culinary and customer service side of operations.

    What You'll Do

    + Oversee daily food service operations, ensuring "Gold Check" standards.

    + Drive retail sales and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced, small-footprint environment.

    + Conduct daily patient rounding to ensure the highest level of care and service.

    + Maintain rigorous safety, sanitation, and HR compliance for your team of 15.

    + Strategic ordering and inventory management to navigate a high-volume, low-storage facility.

    What You Bring

    + **Hands-On Leader:** You aren't afraid to jump in at the grill or help with a rush. You lead by example and are visible in the retail space.

    + **Efficiency Expert:** Our retail space is beautiful but compact (combined grill/hot station and grab-n-go). You must be a "pro" at organization and inventory management to maximize a space with limited storage.

    + **Culinary Heart:** A culinary background is highly preferred. You understand food quality, presentation, and safety (HACCP).

    + **Interpersonal Rockstar:** You can build rapport with everyone from patients and nursing staff to the culinary team and hospital executives.

    + **Experience:** Previous supervisory or leadership experience in food service is required. We are open to "rising stars" looking for their first GM title!
