Sodexo is seeking a **General Manager 2 - Food** for **UnityPoint Health -** **Grinnell Regional Medical Center** located in **Grinnell, IA** **.** The General Manager will oversee and direct all Food & Nutrition for the hospital. The General Manager will come with a background in food service management with a proven ability to lead teams and foster culture.

What You'll Do

+ Oversee day-to-day operations of Food & Nutrition Services.

+ Lead and develop a team of managers, supervisors, and frontline staff.

+ Deliver high-quality food services, including patient meals, retail dining, and catering.

+ Ensure compliance with HACCP, safety, and regulatory standards.

+ Build strong relationships with hospital leadership and staff.

+ Create a positive, patient-focused environment that reflects Sodexo’s commitment to quality.
