    Overview

    Position Summary:

    We are seeking a reliable and flexible On-Call Cleaner to join our team. This position is responsible for providing cleaning and janitorial services at various client locations on an as-needed basis, primarily to cover shifts for absent employees. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in different environments with minimal supervision.

     

    **Pay:** $18.66 an hour

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Travel to assigned locations to perform cleaning duties as scheduled or on short notice.

    + Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, offices, lobbies, and other common areas.

    + Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust floors and surfaces.

    + Empty trash and recycling bins and replace liners.

    + Replenish supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper.

    + Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures.

    + Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding assignments and site-specific needs.

    + Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.

    Requirements:

    + Previous experience in commercial or janitorial cleaning preferred.

    + Ability to travel to multiple job sites within [City/Region]; reliable transportation required.

    + Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

    + Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

    + Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending, standing, and walking for extended periods.
