International Industrial Cooperation
This is an on\-site position in Fort Worth, Texas\.Bring your experience and ideas and help us fulfill our industrial cooperation and offset obligations in Canada\. You’ll work with the program teams in Canada including the engineers, test pilots, supply chain and finance to identify, report and develop Industrial Technological Benefit or Offset projects in support of current obligations\.
This role will be an integral part of the team, working closely with the Canadian Offset Authority to ensure fulfilment of our obligations\. You’ll be able to enhance your knowledge of the overall company strategy, all while gaining experience in international business and communication\.
What you’ll be doing as an International Industrial Cooperation Project Manager
+ Responsible for cross functional coordination, planning, development, implementation and reporting of international industrial offset projects to support offset obligations, particularly focused on Canada\.
+ Collect necessary data and documentation to support industrial offset reporting internally and to foreign governments and complete necessary spreadsheets and reports to satisfy foreign government contractual reporting obligations\. Ensure accuracy of reporting\.
+ Identify and understand international industrial offset stakeholders’ needs and how they influence industrial offset proposals and obligations\.
+ Converse professionally with foreign government officials to gain insight and clarification on Government policies, industrial offset projects and project credit values\.
+ Engage with industry and other technology partners in assessing capabilities and potential collaborative opportunities for offset\.
+ Coordination with suppliers and project participants as required to execute projects\.
+ Assist in developing proposals and program reviews on industrial offset programs for executive management and customers\.
+ Travel about 20\-25% of the time\.
Qualifications

+ Ability to prioritize work, strong analytical and problem\-solving skills with a team player mindset\.
+ Excellent communicator, must be able to build and maintain effective relationships with customers, internal and external stakeholders, and brief leaders/customers\.
+ Contract writing and negotiation skills\.
+ Project Management includes extracting data, creating spreadsheets and reports in support of managing offset projects\.
+ We are looking for inquisitive and driven candidates who thrive on chaos and can use their cognitive flexibility to compartmentalize and develop plans, turning the chaos into a source of motivation and structure\.
+ Foreign language fluency is a plus\.
What you need to be successful:
+ 5 years of experience with Supply Chain, Business Development, Contracts, Industrial Cooperation/Offset, Project Management, Engineering and/or Business Finance\.
+ Bachelor’s degree with a Major in Supply Chain, International Business, Business Development, Marketing, Finance, Engineering, or other related degree\. Advanced degrees will be considered as additional experience\.
+ Ability to obtain and maintain at least a secret level security clearance is required\.
+ Ability to travel about 20\-25% of the time\.
