    Position Overview

    We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Site Supervisor to oversee security operations at our property. This entry-level supervisory role involves leading a small team of security officers while actively participating in daily patrols. The majority of time will be spent outdoors, conducting mobile patrols of the property using a golf cart to ensure comprehensive coverage and rapid response.

     

    Schedule

     

    Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

     

    Compensation

     

    $16.50 per hour.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Supervise and coordinate the activities of on-site security officers, including, performance monitoring, and providing guidance as needed.

    + Conduct regular patrols of the property, primarily via golf cart, to monitor for suspicious activity, safety hazards, or policy violations.

    + Maintain a high level of vigilance and observational skills to identify and address potential security risks promptly.

    + Respond to incidents, emergencies, or alarms, and prepare detailed reports on observations and actions taken.

    + Enforce site rules, access control procedures, and safety protocols.

    + Act as a team player by stepping in to perform security officer duties when necessary and stepping up to handle additional responsibilities during peak times or staffing shortages.

    + Collaborate with management and external authorities as required.

    Requirements

    + Prior experience working as a security officer is required.

    + Supervisory experience is preferred but not required, as this is an entry-level leadership position with on-the-job training provided.

    + Valid driver's license and clean driving record (required for operating the golf cart).

    + Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions for extended periods.

    + Strong observational skills, attention to detail, and ability to remain vigilant during patrols.

    + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to work effectively as part of a team.

    + Physical fitness to perform patrols and respond to incidents.

    + High school diploma or equivalent; additional security certifications are a plus.
