Assembler

**Location:** Dyersville, IA

**Schedule:** 1st Shift | Monday–Friday | 7:00am–3:30pm

**Pay:** $17/hour

A local Dyersville manufacturer is seeking a skilled **Assembler** to join their team. This position is essential to maintaining efficient production flow and ensuring high-quality products for customers.

Responsibilities:

+ Operate production equipment and machinery including hand tools, both electrical and manual

+ Perform assembly, material handling, and basic machine tasks as directed

+ Inspect products and components to ensure they meet quality standards

+ Maintain accurate counts and follow production documentation/instructions

+ Keep work areas clean, organized, and in accordance with safety practices

+ Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying process issues or opportunities

+ Assist team members and flex work in different areas to support daily goals

Qualifications

+ High school diploma or GED required

+ Prior manufacturing or production experience preferred, but not required

+ Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written/verbal instructions

+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand throughout the shift

+ Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
