    Job Overview

     

    Experienced Parts Manager wanted! Join a long-established dealership in the southwest Wisconsin area. Monday–Friday schedule, no weekends, and competitive pay ($75K–$125K).

    What You’ll Do:

    • Oversee front counter operations and ensure excellent customer service.

    • Manage and maintain parts inventory—ordering, receiving, and labeling parts.

    • Coordinate with service, sales, and office teams to keep workflow smooth.

    • Handle special orders, warranties, recalls, and vendor communications.

    • Forecast parts needs and ensure timely availability for repair jobs.

    • Supervise deliveries and manage parts van operations.

    What We’re Looking For:

    • Minimum 5 years of automotive parts management experience.

    • Proficiency with dealership management systems and parts catalogs.

    • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

    • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
