Schedule: Most likelyto be working from 2:30m - 6pm (the latest) - as per need basis/ not a set schedule (will give a day notice after manager reviews next day schedule)
Summary: Daily duties: transport patients to and from program, clean vans, take van to mechanics, mail runs, medicine runs, deliveries to other sites, Knowledge Link when assigned, help with light duties if site needs, etc.
+ To provide transportation to patients admitted in the Princeton House outpatient program across all outpatient sites. To provide courier service as requested by supervisor. The PHBH Driver functions collectively with the outpatient fleet, primary location and routes will vary based on the needs of the Outpatient Transportation System. This position is not clinical. Drivers provide non-direct care services to children, adolescents and adults.
Responsibilities:
+ Provide courier service as requested. Provide timely transportation to patients admitted in the outpatient programs. Operate the vehicle safely and adhere to all applicable motor vehicle transportation laws.
Credentials:
+ Driver's License (Required)
+ License: CDL with passenger endorsement (REQUIRED)
+ All drivers must be a minimum of 21 years of age.
Education or Equivalent Experience:
+ H.S. Diploma/GED (Required)
+ Previous stable work record preferably to include driving within a transportation service system. Five years’ experience in the provision of appropriate services to youth.

Salary Range:
$17.38 - $23.98/Hourly
