    Job Summary:

    We are looking for a Warehouse Associate / Freight Handler to join our team in Perris, CA. The primary shift for this position is Monday to Friday from 6:30 am to 3:00 pm. The pay rate is $17 per hour with an opportunity for incentive pay based on performance.

    Responsibilities:

    - Load and unload freight using appropriate equipment

     

    - Safely handle and move materials within the warehouse

     

    - Utilize scanners and other tools to ensure accuracy in tracking and processing shipments

     

    - Maintain a clean and organized work area

     

    - Assist in inventory control and cycle counting as needed

     

    - Follow all safety procedures and company policies

    Qualifications:

    - Prior experience in a warehouse or freight handling role is preferred, but not required

     

    - Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a fast-paced environment

     

    - Strong attention to detail and accuracy

     

    - Basic math skills for inventory and order fulfillment

     

    - Forklift certification is a plus

    Skills:

    - Strong teamwork and communication skills

     

    - Ability to follow instructions and work independently when needed

     

    - Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes

     

    - Reliable and punctual attendance
