Lead the Future of Logistics Technology as an Implementation Supervisor
**Location:** Louisville, KY | **Pay Rate:** $33.95 - $52/hour | **Schedule:** 8am - 5pm - Mon-Fri (Hybrid)
**PDS Tech Commercial** is partnering with a recognized leader in the shipping and receiving industry to find an **Implementation Supervisor** who thrives on driving complex projects to success. In this role, you’ll lead high-impact, mid-to-large scale system migrations that directly shape how customers operate, communicate, and grow. What You’ll Do (Day-to-Day Responsibilities)
As an Implementation Supervisor II, you will be at the center of multi-site implementations and customer solution migrations, ensuring seamless execution from planning through post-go-live review.
Key responsibilities include:
+ Leading **single- and multi-site implementations** involving multiple products and services
+ Analyzing customer solutions and guiding **successful Helix Migration projects**
+ Developing implementation models, including deployment plans, scheduling, communication strategies, and user acceptance training
+ Managing **cross-functional implementation teams** and collaborating closely with Program Managers
+ Conducting project status meetings and following up on action items
+ Providing weekly client communications, reporting, and performance analysis
+ Tracking project success using project management tools and templates
+ Capturing lessons learned and performing post-implementation audits
+ Participating in **daily Zoom status meetings** to ensure alignment and momentum
+ Traveling to domestic client locations (with potential international travel assessed case by case)
Required Qualifications
+ Proven proficiency in **project management practices**
+ Experience managing **multiple projects or workstreams simultaneously**
+ Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
+ **Fluent Spanish speaking and writing skills** (required)
+ Ability to lead cross-functional teams and engage with clients professionally
+ Willingness to travel as needed to support implementations
Preferred Qualifications
+ Experience with large-scale system or technology migrations
+ Background in logistics, shipping, receiving, or supply chain environments
+ Familiarity with implementation frameworks, reporting, and audit processes
+ Comfort working in fast-paced, client-facing environments

**Pay Details:** $33.95 to $52.00 per hour
