The Great Escape Room is a fast-growing, family-owned entertainment company offering high-quality escape room experiences. Established in 2014, we now operate 16 locations across the Eastern United States.
We are currently seeking a Location Manager to oversee both our Tampa and St. Petersburg locations. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who excels at team management, operations, and customer experience in a fast-paced entertainment environment.
The Location Manager is responsible for the overall performance of both locations, including staffing, scheduling, daily operations, and administrative oversight, while ensuring a consistently positive guest experience.
Key Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
+ Overseeing day-to-day operations for both locations
+ Interviewing, hiring, training, and supervising staff
+ Creating, maintaining, and adjusting employee schedules based on business needs
+ Responding to customer inquiries, group events, and corporate bookings through multiple communication channels
+ Drafting weekly reports related to revenue, payroll, inventory, and operational performance
+ Ensuring both locations are clean, well-stocked, and professionally maintained
+ Managing physical aspects of the locations, including aesthetics, repairs, and reporting equipment issues promptly
+ Ensuring compliance with company policies, safety standards, and dress code requirements
+ Filling in for staff coverage when needed to maintain smooth operations
+ Participating in local marketing efforts and community outreach as needed
+ Communicating regularly with company leadership regarding performance, challenges, and opportunities
Qualifications:
+ Proven reliability and strong leadership skills
+ Excellent customer service and communication abilities
+ Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
+ Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
+ Ability to manage multiple priorities across two locations
+ Team-oriented mindset with a hands-on leadership style
Compensation:
+ $50,000+ annual salary (DOE)
