    Venturi, LLC, a Chenega Company, has a challenging career opportunity for a **C2BMC Principal Acquisition Analyst** who will support the Missile Defense Agency’s Command, Control, Battle Management and Communications (C2BMC). This position requires a seasoned professional with a detailed understanding of DoD acquisition processes, including cost, schedule, and performance of contracts. This individual will work on the TEAMS Next Missile Defense Systems Engineering contract.

    Responsibilities

    + Apply working knowledge of applicable DoD acquisition directives to support the development of Missile Defense System (MDS) acquisition policy, plans, processes, procedures, and guidance for MDS development and fielding.

    + Develop Acquisition Plans, Justification and Approvals, Request for Proposal packages, Statements of Work, and Contract Data Requirement Lists.

    + Interpret MDA acquisition guidance to support acquisition planning and MDS program integration.

    + Use expertise in strategic planning, acquisition strategy development, and development of key acquisition documentation to support acquisition strategy approval and execution.

    + Prepare planning documents to coordinate integrated acquisition strategies within the MDS and OGA partners.

    + Support and interact with high-level DoD Officials (O-6 and above, GS-15/NH-4 equivalent), sitting on-site with the DoD Program Office, and deliver products successfully in a fast-paced environment (on demand).

    + Develop reports, decision papers, and briefings for senior leadership and external stakeholders.

    + Perform other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    + Bachelor’s Degree and 20+ years of relevant experience OR

    + Master’s Degree and 12+ years of relevant experience

    + Secret clearance

    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

    + Possess knowledge of acquisition processes/activities required to support the evaluation of contract performance against the program baselines

    + Possesses experience translating technical requirements into contract requirements

    + Can work independently or lead cross-functional teams to research, track, and complete ad hoc tasks associated with the Performance Work Statement

    + Have experience in cost, schedule, and performance management for a space-based program and/or a DoD agency
