In this role, you’ll collaborate across departments to optimize performance and support Walmart’s ambitious environmental and business goals.

As a Senior Finance Manager, you’ll drive financial performance, shape equipment lifecycle strategies, and play a pivotal role in our zero-emission vehicle roadmap—making a real impact on the future of logistics.

What you'll do...

+ Deliver actionable financial and KPI reporting to drive operational outcomes

+ Lead automation and digital transformation initiatives for reporting and analysis

+ Partner on equipment lifecycle and zero-emission vehicle strategies

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify cost savings and improve efficiency

+ Manages equipment total cost of ownership (TCO) over the lifecycle, tracking spend on trackers, drive vans, and trailers, and determining optimal asset retirement timing based on cost per unit data at the shop level.

+ Develops business cases, operational strategies, and financial models in partnership with the sustainability team.

What You’ll Bring:

+ Proven experience in financial planning and analysis in high-volume operations

+ Background in maintenance, manufacturing, or similar environments

+ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field

+ Proficiency with SAP, WAVE, Power BI, BigQuery, and advanced analytics

+ Strong strategic, analytical, and cross-functional influencing skills

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Minimum Qualifications...

Option 2: 7 years’ experience in engineering, fleet maintenance, or a related area.

3 years’ supervisory experience.
