Within Men’s Fashion, we partner with brands and sellers to bring trend-right, high-quality apparel and accessories to millions of customers. We work closely with our book of business to build deep relationships, shape assortments, and help sellers succeed through strategic planning, data-driven insights, and collaboration.

    **What You Will Do** As a **Strategic Account Manager, Men’s Fashion** , you will own and grow some of the most critical fashion accounts on Walmart Marketplace. You’ll act as a strategic partner to sellers and brands, combining fashion trend acumen with strong business fundamentals to build compelling assortments that resonate with customers nationwide. You will collaborate with senior leaders at partner companies to drive growth through assortment strategy, trend-forward new item launches, exclusive offerings, marketing moments, and operational excellence.     You’ll Make an Impact By:

    + **Managing strategic Men’s Fashion accounts:** Serve as a trusted advisor and account owner, driving growth across a portfolio of key fashion sellers. Partner with brands to expand trend-right assortments, improve offer quality, and elevate the overall customer experience.

    + **Shaping fashion-forward assortments:** Use trend awareness and customer insights to influence seasonal strategies, new item launches, and exclusive fashion offerings that support Walmart’s mission of accessible style.

    + **Owning business performance:** Lead annual and quarterly planning, performance reviews, and deep-dive analyses. Drive results across key P&L levers including GMV and contribution profit.

    + **Acting as a trusted fashion and business advisor:** Build strong, credible relationships with sellers and internal partners. Champion a “One Walmart” approach to solve problems and unlock growth opportunities.

    + **Optimizing offer quality and discoverability:** Partner with sellers to elevate PDP content, imagery, ratings and reviews, pricing, and ship speed to maximize search performance and conversion.

    + **Driving adoption of Walmart seller services:** Enable sellers to grow by increasing adoption of tools like Walmart Fulfillment Services (WFS), Walmart Connect, and other marketplace solutions.

    + **Developing strategic marketing plans:** Collaborate on fashion events, promotions, site placements, and seasonal moments that drive traffic and incremental GMV.

    + **Working cross-functionally:** Partner with Product, Site, Strategy, and Marketing teams to deliver best-in-class fashion experiences for customers and sellers.

    + **Operating with autonomy:** Independently manage priorities and execution with limited oversight while delivering consistent results.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    + 3+ years of experience in e-commerce, marketplace, or omni-channel retail

    + 3+ years of experience working with sellers, suppliers, or vendors

    + 3+ years of experience in merchandising, category management, or related business roles

    + Experience in Business Management, Marketing, Omni-Channel Merchandising, or a related field, **or** a Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related area

    + Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel

    + Strategic mindset with strong prioritization and execution skills

    + Detail-oriented, action-biased, and collaborative

    + Strong analytical, digital, and business acumen

    + Excellent communication and presentation skills, including executive-level storytelling

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + 5+ years of experience in Business Management, Marketing, Omni-Channel Merchandising, or e-commerce

    + Experience in fashion, apparel, or lifestyle categories

    + Strong organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills

    + Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills

    + Results-driven with a strong sense of urgency

    The annual salary range for this position is $104,000.00 - $202,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
