Overview
Zenith is looking for a SVP of Analytics to join one of our largest account’s team. The SVP of Analytics will provide intellectual capital, team direction, manage a dynamic team and help share the analytics strategy across all of lines of business.
Responsibilities
+ Contribute intellectual capital with regard to measurement, analytics, research and insights
+ Develop and deploy a strategic vision for the team, analytics maturity roadmap and a consistent and repeatable measurement process
+ Lead and manage a sizable team of data experts and media analysts in New York and San Francisco
+ Develop and recommend best practices in data processing and reporting automation to reduce the reliance on manual labor for basic functions
+ Identify the most effective and immediate methods of converting campaign results into actionable media and programmatic insights
+ Provide strategic and tactical data and analytics recommendations to clients and key stakeholders
+ Actively participate and contribute to new business and existing client business development
+ Help evaluate and recommend data driven vendors and solutions to continuously drive innovation and operational excellence
Qualifications
+ 12+ years of experience, with minimum of 5 years of agency experience
+ Experience with Business Intelligence tools (QlikView, Tableau, etc.), Ad Tech/Mar Tech (Adobe, Blue Kai, TURN, etc.) and relational databases (SQL Server, MS Access, Oracle)
+ Digital attribution experience (VisualIQ, Convertro, etc.)
+ Robust knowledge and experience of third party and rich media ad serving along with site-side tracking technologies across mobile, video and display
+ Experience with utilizing and/or modelling multiple data sources simultaneously, identifying and procuring third party data
+ Expertise in leveraging the digital data ecosystem. Advanced digital data market experience a key requirement, including social and mobile data experience
+ Understanding of broad range of online advertising media channels from Search, Display Banners, Email, Contextual, Social – understand a holistic view of a Paid, Owned, Earned
+ Robust understanding of online measurement and analytics, with the ability to provide meaningful insight to the client as well as internal teams

Compensation Range: $210,000 - $235,000. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
