    Overview

     

    Zenith is looking for an Associate Director, Integrated National Video and Digital Investment. Primary responsibilities include negotiating and maintaining national video and digital buys across broadcast, cable, sports, and unwired TV, as well as VOD and OLV, as well as audio, podcasts, and high impact digital sponsorships. They will assist with various projects and help train junior staff. This role reports into the Director of National Video Investment.

    Responsibilities

    + Building and implementing media buys recommendations to support strategic agenda across Linear/OTT, digital, social, custom content programs, and emerging media channels - playing key role in Upfront & Digital Tactical, and ad hoc Scatter development

    + Assessing media and ROI performance, with focus on pushing marketplace for new & innovative deals

    + Managing account billings and budgets, creating accurate projections for investments & fees

    + Work with members of affiliated agencies associated with client’s business

    + Interact with buying/planning groups in monitoring and producing weekly performance reports

    + Maintain and produce required media results and management reports

    + Manage and maintain all files and records pertaining to client’s activities and billings

    + Ensure all client deliverables are being met (timelines, goals, budgets, etc.)

    + Interact with vendors in the planning, negotiating and implementation of plans as needed, fostering strong relationships on behalf of the client & agency

    + Generate and handle administrative functions associated with the ordering and managing of a TV schedule

    + Serve as main day-to-day contact across various internal pillars, marketplace, and client

    Qualifications

    + B.A. or B.S. in Marketing, Advertising, or related field

    + Agency experience highly preferred

    + 4+ years of experience in Media, specifically with National Video

    + Excellent communication skills

    + Direct client contact experience required

    + Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, interpersonal, and analytical skills

    + Detail-oriented, able to multi-task and work well under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment

    + People management experience

    + Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

    + Knowledge MBOX and Prisma

    Compensation Range: $115,000 - $120,000. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
