    **Onstream Pipeline Inspection** is a leading provider of Inline and Tethered Magnetic Flux Leakage, Caliper, and Inertial Measurement inspection services for oil and gas pipeline operators across North America.

     

    Join Our Team as a Pipeline Integrity Engineer - Integrity Specialist. You are a versatile, results-driven professional with a passion for solving complex challenges through innovative solutions. You are confident in all technical aspects of data analysis and adept at uncovering opportunities to add value through integrity assessments and reporting. Organized and self-assured, you bring the energy and perseverance required to develop reliable, robust solutions.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Conduct advanced pipeline integrity assessments, including corrosion growth modeling, deformation and dent strain analysis, and shape characterization using high-resolution caliper data.

    + Perform enhanced strain and movement assessments through integration of IMU data to evaluate localized bending, ground movement, and pipeline displacement.

    + Integrate, align, and validate multi-source datasets, including historical ILI runs, dig validation data, and third-party inspection results.

    + Apply expert knowledge of contemporary and emerging ILI technologies, reporting methodologies, and performance characteristics across MFL, Geometry, and IMU platforms.

    + Provide technical leadership and oversight for complex integrity analysis issues within Canadian and U.S. analysis teams.

    + Interface directly with clients to define technical scope, support complex analysis events, and communicate engineering conclusions and risk-based recommendations.

    + Manage integrity services deliverables, ensuring technical accuracy, regulatory compliance, and adherence to project schedules.

    + Collaborate with engineering, technology, and algorithm development teams to improve analysis methodologies, reporting quality, and tool performance.

    + Maintain working knowledge of applicable Canadian and U.S. integrity regulations, standards, and industry best practices.

    + Identify and support opportunities to expand advanced analysis capabilities and value-added integrity services.

    + Prepare detailed technical reports and documentation, working independently and within multidisciplinary teams under tight deadlines.

    Education & Experience:

    + 5+ years of experience in ILI analysis, pipeline integrity, and integrity data management.

    + Working knowledge of pipeline integrity standards, regulations, and integrity management methodologies.

    + Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent; P.Eng. registration with APEGA considered an asset.

    + Strong technical understanding of ILI technologies and data, including MFL, Geometry, and IMU.

    + Proficient in managing and interpreting complex integrity datasets and understanding ILI data workflows.

    + Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and deliver results with minimal supervision.

    + Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables in a deadline-driven, service-oriented environment.

    + Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.

    + Effective written and verbal communication skills, including technical report writing.

    + Collaborative team player, able to work effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
