They will be responsible for: * Verifying patient Insurance coverage, benefits, eligibility, and deductibles. * Interact with patient Insurance Companies to obtain necessary information * Update insurance and patient information in the system as necessary * Navigate insurance company websites and online tools to obtain and confirm details of coverage * Answer phone calls, take payments. (Customer Service) * Comply with all privacy and confidentiality rules & regulations.
