Pay Rate:

_The pay rate for this job is $20 - $30 / hour*_

What you'll be doing as an Insulation Installer Helper:

+ Assist installer with blown-in fiberglass insulation in residential homes

+ Set up, operate, and break down insulation blowing machines under supervision

+ Load bags of fiberglass insulation into blower and manage material flow

+ Install blown-in fiberglass insulation in attics, wall cavities, and hard-to-reach areas

+ Measure attic depth and ensure proper insulation coverage and R-value

+ Install attic rulers, baffles, and air-sealing materials as needed

+ Seal air leaks around penetrations, ductwork, and attic access points

+ Remove or adjust existing insulation when required

+ Protect homeowner property by covering floors, walls, and access points

+ Maintain a clean and safe job site before, during, and after installation

+ Use required PPE including respirators, suits, gloves, and eye protection

+ Work safely in hot, dusty, and confined attic spaces

+ Communicate effectively with team and maintain professional conduct in customers' homes

Shift timings - 1st Shift (Day)

Job requirements:

+ Knowledge of construction tools and safety practices

+ Ability to perform physically demanding work (lifting, bending, climbing, confined spaces)

+ Ability to follow instructions

+ Reliable transportation

+ Prior construction or insulation experience

+ Basic hand-tool knowledge

+ Ability to read a tape measure

+ Professional appearance and respectful attitude

+ Willingness to learn

+ Background Check Required
