    PeopleReady of Hollywood, FL is hiring Merchandising Retail Associates for Cirque du Soleil in Hallandale Beach, February 19th to April 25th! Come be part of the fun today!

    Pay Rate:

    _The pay rate for this job is $17 - $17 / hour*_

    What you'll be doing as a Merchandising Retail Associate:

    + Responsible for assertive selling of merchandise through Cirque point of sale system

    + Scan goods and ensure pricing is accurate

    + Collect payments, whether in cash or credit, and redeem coupons

    + Cross-sell products and introduce new ones

    + Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information

    + Greet customers when entering or leaving the merchandise area

    + Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas

    + Bag, box or gift-wrap packages

    + Handle merchandise returns and exchanges

    Available shifts:

    Shift Timings - 1st Shift (Day) , 2nd Shift (Evening) , Weekends

    Job requirements:

    + Possess the ability to learn a point-of-sale system and retain the information

    + Candidate must be outgoing, personable, vocal, energetic and willing to engage customers

    + Up-sell and sales experience preferred

    + Be comfortable working in a loud and fast pace environment efficiently

    + Have a professional, clean appearance with a straight posture. Employees are responsible for arriving in black shirts, pants and shoes (no logos)

    + Be physically able to stand up for long hours

    + Understand customer service and hospitality

    + Work well with others

    + Pay attention to the details

    + Have a welcoming and friendly attitude (smile and proper greetings)

    + Know when to get the help of a supervisor

    + Available for the whole duration

    + Speak English - other languages are an asset

    + Background check required
