Pay Rate:

_The pay rate for this job is $17 - $17 / hour*_

What you'll be doing as a** **Groundskeeper** **:

+ Perform lawn care including mowing, trimming, weeding, and watering

+ Ensure pathways are clear of debris and litter, and manage seasonal tasks like snow removal or weatherproofing outdoor furniture

+ Handle basic corrective repairs such as simple plumbing, electrical fixture replacements, drywall patching, and painting

+ Assist with "make-ready" units by cleaning, painting, and preparing them for new occupants

+ Conduct daily property walks to identify safety hazards or deferred maintenance needs

+ Clean and perform routine maintenance on gardening tools, mowers, and other power equipment

Available shifts:

Shift timings - 1st Shift (Day)

Job requirements:

+ High school diploma or GED is generally preferred

+ 1-2 years in landscaping or general maintenance is common, though many employers provide on-the-job training

+ Proficiency with hand and power tools (mowers, trimmers, blowers) and basic knowledge of irrigation systems

+ Ability to lift 30-50 lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions

+ Background check and drug test required
