PeopleReady of Hollywood, FL is hiring VIP Host and Server for Cirque du Soleil in Hallandale Beach, February 19th to April 25th! Come be part of the fun today!

Pay Rate:

_The pay rate for this job is $17 - $17 / hour*_

What you'll be doing as a VIP Host:

+ Greet guests at the VIP entrance, scan their tickets and hand them their VIP lanyards

+ Make sure that all customer needs are met in a prompt, professional, and efficient manner

+ Respond to customer's needs, requests, complaints, and other unusual situations

+ Provide personalized service and uses the customer's name

+ Observe customers to ensure satisfaction

+ Maintains strict cleanliness of the VIP area

+ Serve patrons with food and beverages in a positive and friendly manner

+ Provide information to help with food and beverage selections

+ Prepare VIP for dining by clothing tables and setting decorations, condiments, candles, napkins, service plates, and utensils

+ Serve beverages to customers

+ Protect establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation, safety, food handling and alcohol beverage control policies

Available shifts:

Shift timings - 1st Shift (Day) , 2nd Shift (Evening) , Weekends

Job requirements:

+ Have a professional, clean appearance with a straight posture

+ Employees are responsible for arriving in black shirts, pants and shoes (no logos)

+ Be physically able to stand up for long hours

+ Understand customer service and hospitality

+ Work well with others

+ Pay attention to the details

+ Working fast and efficiently under pressure

+ Have a welcoming and friendly attitude (smile and proper greetings)

+ Know when to get the help of a supervisor

+ Possess the ability to learn a point-of-sale system and retain the information

+ Availability for the whole city duration

+ Speak English - other languages are an asset

+ Background Check Required
