    Pay Rate:

    _The pay rate for this job is $17 - $17 / hour*_

    What you'll be doing as a Machine Operator:

    + Set up and operate production machines and equipment

    + Monitor machines and troubleshoot basic malfunctions

    + Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met

    + Package products for shipment

    + Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area

    Available shifts:

    Shift Timings: 2nd Shift (Evening) and 3rd Shift (Night)

    Job requirements:

    + Experience operating shear and/or punch machines

    + Hands-on experience with sheet metal punching and shearing (12-18 gauge aluminum and steel)

    + Ability to read a tape measure and use a protractor

    + Ability to read and interpret blueprints

    + Experience loading machine programs, navigating machine menus, and changing turret tooling

    + Forklift experience to load and unload flat metal

    + Ability to lift 50 lbs or more

    + Strong commitment to safety and quality

    + Willingness to cross-train and take ownership of assigned tasks

    + Ability to follow company policies, including attendance requirements

    + Long-term, motivated, and dependable team player

    + Background check and drug screen required
