**Pay Rate:** $17.05/hour

**Shift:** 3rd Shift | Sunday–Thursday, 11:00pm–7:00am

**Employment Type:** Temp-to-Hire (TTH)

What You’ll Do

+ Operate stamping, assembly, and machining equipment

+ Perform detailed quality inspections using gauges

+ Load and unload manufacturing machines

+ Package finished products for shipment

+ Follow written work instructions

+ Use basic computer and PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) skills

+ Maintain safety and meet productivity/quality standards on the shop floor

What We’re Looking For

+ High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred)

+ Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

+ Basic computer skills and familiarity with PLCs

+ Experience with hand tools, jigs, and fixtures

+ Alertness for quality and defect detection
