Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $21.50/hr.
Shift: Days
What’s a typical day as Material Handler II? You’ll be:
+ Picking, packing, sorting, arranging, counting, and processing items for storage or shipment, ensuring high quality and timely delivery to customers.
+ Receiving and verifying materials and finished goods, ensuring documentation and quality standards are met.
+ Operating PC applications such as Microsoft Excel, E-1, and SAP, and updating inventory records in the SAP system.
+ Coordinating daily activities with the distribution team while maintaining minimum supervision.
+ Providing services that meet required quality standards and assisting with other duties assigned by supervisor/management.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
+ Have a high school diploma or equivalent (required).
+ Possess 1–2 years of related experience in material handling or warehouse operations (required).
+ Experience with SAP (highly preferred), with two to three years’ familiarity.
+ Have one to two years of Receiving experience (required).
+ Experience operating powered industrial trucks and work with equipment at various heights (required).
+ Are digitally literate and can navigate ERP systems, Outlook, and shipping software.
+ Can work comfortably in varying temperature zones, including room temp, cold-room, and freezer-room environments.
+ Thrive in a fast-paced warehouse setting.
+ Demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective written/verbal communication abilities.
+ Are physically capable of frequent lifting/moving items weighing 10–50 pounds and performing regular standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, or crawling tasks.
