This is a temporary role.
The FLEX Senior Manager, Single Pane of Glass Acceptance Testing will provide operational input and PMS subject matter expertise to support business requirement testing for Single Pane of Glass (SPOG) in the Agilysys STAY and Opera Cloud PMS products. This position also plays an active role in supporting defect management and the future PMS strategy including providing input into design, testing, training, deployment, and support.

CANDIDATE PROFILE
Education and Experience
_Required_
+ 4-year Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related field; OR a combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge can be gained.
+ 5+ years of hotel systems experience or other relevant experiences using LightSpeed PMS, FOSSE, FSPMS, and/or Opera
+ Experience working with international teams and supporting global systems and operational processes
_Preferred_
+ Hospitality leadership experience
+ Experience with other Marriott Property Management Systems, including FOSSE, LightSpeed, FSPMS, and Opera V5.6
CORE WORK ACTIVITIES
+ Develop and refine acceptance test scenarios and scripts based on design documentation, ensuring expected results are clearly defined.
+ Execute comprehensive testing, including business flow validation, to confirm system functionality and identify gaps or defects for remediation.
+ Document test outcomes, provide pass/fail results, and retest vendor-provided solutions to ensure effective resolution of issues.
+ Manage Jira bugs and Zephyr test executions, updating stories, test cases, and defect statuses while supporting defect triage calls.
+ Validate business processes and training from an end-user perspective, ensuring effectiveness and applicability for new and existing workflows.
+ Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to elicit, prioritize, and document user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements in an agile environment.
+ Analyze current and future state business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and ensure alignment with stakeholder expectations.
+ Communicate risks or issues impacting schedule, budget, or product quality to the test lead, and provide ongoing support to clarify requirements and resolve functional design concerns.
