    In this position...

We are seeking a visionary and results-oriented AI Integration Manager to spearhead the integration of Artificial Intelligence across our Market Research and Product Concepting functions. This pivotal role will be instrumental in co-creating the strategic roadmap, driving operational excellence, and fostering a culture of innovation to accelerate insights, enhance creativity, and deliver groundbreaking products. You will be a key driver in transforming how Ford understands its customers and designs its future.

    What you'll do...

    Strategic Responsibilities:

+ Co-develop the strategic vision for AI in Market Research and Product Concepting, ensuring alignment with Ford’s enterprise goals while addressing domain-specific needs such as synthetic research and generative design.

+ Analyze current research and ideation lifecycles to identify high-impact opportunities where AI can accelerate insights and creativity while maintaining data integrity.

+ Secure buy-in, budget, and resources from senior leadership by effectively communicating the strategic value and success of early AI pilots.

+ Lead the evaluation of external SaaS solutions versus internal development. Develop business cases to recommend the optimal path for speed, cost, and capability.

+ Synthesize performance data from evaluations and pilots, resource requirements, and market costs to construct robust business cases with solid quantitative evidence, and narrative structure required to secure budget and resources.

+ Define KPIs for AI adoption and measure the tangible impact of transformation on speed-to-market and research quality.

+ Oversee the ethical application of AI, ensuring all initiatives strictly adhere to Ford’s data privacy and security standards.

+ Design the change management strategy to mitigate resistance and foster an "AI-first" mindset among researchers and designers.

    Operational Responsibilities:

+ Bridge the gap between non-technical stakeholders and engineering teams, translating business intent into actionable technical requirements and user stories.

+ Establish rigorous testing protocols to verify AI outputs, ensuring generative concepts are feasible and research insights are accurate.

+ Lead rapid prototyping and Proof of Concept (PoC) cycles, utilizing user feedback to drive iterative improvements and feature prioritization.

+ Lead the rollout of AI tools, define and execute an AI upskilling strategy through curated curriculum and workshops, and actively monitor adoption rates and user engagement to ensure successful integration into daily workflows.

+ Oversee the technical integration of AI tools into the existing processes to ensure seamless user experiences.

+ Build and moderate an internal AI community to democratize knowledge, share success stories, and establish best practices across the organization.

    You'll have...

+ Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

+ Total Experience: 5+ years of relevant professional work experience.

+ 2+ years working in any of the following areas:

+ Technical program management (AI is preferred)

+ Product management designing and shipping complex software products

+ Process automation using internally or externally developed digital solutions

+ Technology enablement, consulting, or digital transformation, including direct engagement with senior executives.

+ Exposure working inside or supporting a consumer research or product development organization.

+ Applicants must have successfully completed a minimum of two infrastructure or software projects that delivered significant value to a team or organization. These projects should demonstrate:

    + Quantifiable business outcomes

+ Technical ability to develop proof-of-concepts

+ Ability to evaluate technical direction and identify system risks

+ Leadership through modernization and scaling challenges

+ Proven ability to align AI capabilities with corporate priorities, utilizing operational rigor and KPIs to translate technical insights into measurable business value.

+ Expert at navigating large, matrixed organizations and influencing senior stakeholders to drive high-impact, cross-functional initiatives.

+ Exceptional communicator capable of simplifying complex technical topics into engaging, actionable narratives and high-quality presentations for executive audiences.

    Even better, you may have...

+ Master's Degree or PhD in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

+ 2+ years of experience with an Advanced Degree.

+ Demonstrated proficiency in architecting and building sophisticated AI software solutions, including experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) or Agentic workflows to transition proofs of concept into scalable, production-ready applications.
