SUMMARY

Supports IT executives by coordinating office services, housekeeping, records controls and special management studies, as described in the essential duties.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

**Required** High School Diploma or GED and 1+ year of applicable experience working in an administrative role OR Associate’s Degree plus a minimum of 6 months of applicable experience working in an IT support role OR equivalent combination of education and experience. Solid understanding of basic computer operations, strong analytical skills, computer literate (intermediate level- Excel & Word), organizational skills and the ability to problem solve, multitask, prioritize and work independently. Excellent communication and time management skills.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

+ Track and process invoices to ensure correct billing for toner, paper, forms and labels.

+ Maintain and create systems and procedures to aid in the control of:

+ Budget

+ Vacation hours

+ Misc records keeping.

+ Track and prepare all departmental telephone bills for payment.

+ Track and maintain maintenance and service agreements.

+ Work with IT vendors for problem/commitment resolution.

+ Maintain schedule for IT conference rooms.

+ Set up and remove users for Office Depot and in line faxes.

+ Set up and update vendor information as needed.

+ Coordinate and troubleshoot travel arrangements for the IT department.

+ Maintain all expense reports for the IT department in Expense Software.

+ Perform other duties as assigned.
