    The Strategic Accounts Manager will plan, develop and implement business strategies for Integrated Delivery Networks (IDN) and Alternate Site Accounts to attain maximum sales volume at minimal cost. Additional responsibilities include coordinating major sales campaigns and marketing initiatives across the networks with the key goal being to increase exposure and increase the overall market share for all HemoCue products.

     

    This position reports to the Director, Strategic Accounts and Distribution and is part of the Strategic Accounts team and will be fully remote.

    In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

    + Coordinate, implement and conduct sales presentations and solutions related to targeted account opportunities.

    + Connect with individual accounts and the respective business units about opportunities and/or programs.

    + Develop growth strategies within an IDN/Alternate Sites designed to position HemoCue products deep and broad across the network.

    + Conduct regular meetings and business reviews with key decision makers within the accounts to build and maintain a professional rapport.

    + Ensure sales goals/forecasting/budget objectives are met through implementation of performance objectives, funnel management, programs, policies and key messages.

    The essential requirements of the job include:

    + 5+ years of related sales experience.

    + 2+ years of proven success cultivating and working with IDN/Alternate Site accounts.

    + Consistent high performance in current position.

    It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

    + Selling to or working with Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASCs), Community Health Centers, or Blood Banks.

    Travel and Motor Vehicle Requirements:

    + Ability to travel up to 50% or greater, including overnight travel.

    + Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record

    The annual salary range for this role is $130,000 to $140,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.

     

    This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
