+ Lead synthesized communication across business lines, ensuring unified updates, escalations, risk/mitigation discussions, and alignment from strategy through execution and ongoing operations

+ Act as the single point of contact for Branch Regional Executives and Market Leaders, connecting strategy to execution across their portfolios

    Project Leadership & Execution

+ Collaborate with internal and external partners in the identification, design, development, and implementation of network-related initiatives within assigned markets

+ Maintain high-level understanding of end-to-end project activities to ensure seamless handoffs and coordinated execution

+ Interface with internal and external partners to ensure timely and successful completion of projects in alignment with organizational commitments

    Solution Development & Issue Resolution

+ Anticipate, manage, and diffuse potential issues or risk points across stakeholders by proactively identifying challenges, facilitating alignment, and collaborating across teams to develop, advance, and implement effective solutions.

+ Build trusted internal partnerships through clarity, consistency, and dependable execution

    Leadership & Relationship Management

+ Build and maintain strong relationships with internal clients and key leaders across the organization

+ Support enterprise-wide strategy execution by ensuring initiatives are fully integrated across lines of business

+ Facilitate frequent recurring meetings and portfolio reviews with business line leadership

+ Effectively communicate with senior-level audiences, synthesizing complex information into clear, actionable updates

    Basic Qualifications

    + Bachelor’s degree

+ 10 or more years of experience in project and relationship management activities

    Preferred Skills / Experience

+ Financial services industry experience; retail branch banking experience highly preferred

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills

+ Strong organizational and analytical capabilities

+ Advanced knowledge of project management methodologies and tools

+ Experience with market planning or retail distribution strategies
