Requirements

What You’ll Do

+ Review and approve employee expense reports inConcurto identify discrepancies and escalate as needed.

+ Provide support and training to employees on Concur expense reporting.

+ Process accounts payable check runs usingMicrosoft Great Plains.

+ Verify vendor compliance and company policies to prevent unauthorized payments.

+ Perform additional accounting tasks as assigned.

What We’re Looking For

+ Experience withMicrosoft Great PlainsandConcur.

+ Strong organizational, analytical, and record-keeping skills.

+ Proficiency inMicrosoft Office Suite.

+ Excellent interpersonal communication and attention to detail.

Education & Experience

+ Minimum1 year of related work experience.

+ Understanding of basic accounting concepts, account reconciliation, and financial record-keeping.
