**HPC-Industrial** , powered by Clean Harbors, in **Clute** , **TX** , is looking for a **Chemical Cleaning Technician**  to work at various customer locations, and to join their safety conscious team! This team member is responsible for completing assigned tasks, safely operating equipment, completing appropriate paperwork for the assigned line of business (VCM, Chem Cleaning, NDE, MP InSite's and/or Tank & Seps) and various other responsibilities. The Chemical Cleaning Technician serves as representative of HPC-Industrial in creating a continuous working relationship with clients/customers. + Performs tasks for job set up and equipment location

+ Operates service line equipment in accordance with guidelines and safety procedures (such as thermal desorption unit, centrifuges, hydroblasters, pumps, etc.

+ Performs equipment maintenance, including preventive and corrective maintenance when required

+ Monitors equipment and collects required data;

+ Communicates issues to management and client when appropriate

+ Inspects client equipment/unit/pipelines and performs quality control of work performed

+ Finalizes job documentation and client reports; performs data analysis

+ Specific vocational preparation including classroom safety training, on-the-job training and essential experience gained on other jobs;

+ Language proficiency: understand English at a level to comprehend safety training and respond to instructions in emergency situations;

+ Valid driver license and other requirements of company’s driving policy required when driving company vehicle or using personal vehicle on company business;

+ OSHA certification may be required for this job;

+ Must be knowledgeable in the operation of emergency equipment, such as fire extinguishers;

+ May have to provide Federal Transportation Workers Identification Credential (TWIC). **What does it take to work for HPC-Industrial?** ** **

+ High School diploma or equivalent (required);

+ Valid TWIC required or ability to obtain TWIC.
