    NTT DATA is currently looking for an **Operator Connect Voice Engineer (f/m/d)** on site in Frankfurt/Main at our large global Banking client for our growing team in Germany.

    Responsibilities

    + Design, implementation, configuration and support of voice communication using Microsoft Operator Connect

    + Ensure security and compliance in voice communications, including encryption, identity management, and regulatory requirements

    + Participate in the migration from Avaya to MS Teams by leveraging your Microsoft Operator Connect skills

    + Participate in Due Diligence, Requirement & Design phase

    + Voice deployments (SBCs, SIP, QoS, NAT, firewalls and network monitoring)

    + Integrate Microsoft Operator Connect with third-party telephony systems and legacy PBXs

    Skills

    + Several years of experience and in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Operator Connect

    + Microsoft Teams Voice and Telephony expertise

    + Networking concepts relevant to voice deployments (SBCs, SIP, QoS, NAT, firewalls, and network monitoring).

    + Experience integrating Operator Connect with third-party telephony systems and legacy PBXs

    + Ideally fluent in both German and English language

     

    Location

     

    Fulltime on site (Monday-Friday) at our large global Banking client in Frankfurt/Main.
