Otis has an exciting leadership opportunity on our Key Accounts team. The position will be responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with strategic clients in the U.S. & Canada. In addition to sales results, they must focus on pipeline management, forecasting, and sales planning.
The position will report directly into the Senior Vice President of Sales for the Americas and will have a close working relationship with the regional and HQ sales leaders, branch and regional sales personnel, and the field operations organization.
On a typical day you will:
+ Build Key Account Management (KAM) model and set strategy
+ Lead and manage Key Account forecast process
+ Evaluate and distribute sales plans
+ Educate Consultants and other KA Partners on new products and technologies (Digital Products, NewProductsand service offerings)
+ Build new proactive relationships with consultants, architects, GCs, developers, property managers, and building owners
+ Manage the Key Account team
+ Manage the KA Pipeline for Future Opportunities
+ Monitor sales activities and performance including KA pipeline health management for future opportunities
+ Host customer and consultant advisory board sessions
What You Will Need to be Successful:
+ Bachelor’s degreerequired, MBA preferred - supplemented by 10+ years of sales, general management, and/or business development experience in the elevator industry
+ Experience managing P&L beneficial, but notrequired
+ Successfultrack recordwith presenting and interacting with senior leaders
+ Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple projects, programs, andobjectivesand managing the interests of multiple stakeholders
+ Excellent strategic problem solving and financial modeling skills
+ Strong research skills using a wide variety of primary and secondary sources
+ Proven team player thatis able tomotivate colleagues with competing priorities
Travel
+ Travel within US & Canada will be required, 50% minimum.
The base salary range for this role is $196-269K. Pay within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs. This position will be eligible for an annual bonus incentive and annual restricted stock unit awards.
